Elizabeth Kay Toffton, 64, passed away Friday, March 9, 2018, at her home in Battleboro.
Her funeral will be held Monday, March 12, 2018, beginning at 8:00 p.m. at Carlisle Funeral Home. There will also be a graveside service for the family on Tuesday, March 11, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at Edgecombe Memorial Park.
Kay was a seamstress for 46 years who owned and operated her own business, Alterations by Kay, located in Rocky Mount.
Kay is preceded in death by her parents, J. C. and Gladys Eason; her sister, Dorothy Louise Harrington; and her brother, Willie James Eason.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Toffton; Daughter, Karen Bulluck and husband, J.P. Bulluck and their children, Jeremy, Jonathan and Kayla; and four brothers, Kenneth Edward Eason and wife, Barbara; Bobby Eason and wife, Eloise; Russell Eason and wife, Connie; and Ray Eason.
Family will receive friends and other relatives Monday, March 12, 2018, at Carlisle Funeral Home from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m with A Celebration of her life being held at 8 PM in Carlisle Funeral Home chapel. The graveside service will be Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at 11 am at Edgecombe Memorial Park.
