Jack B. Pollard, 78, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, May 23, 2018.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, May 26, at the Pollard Family Cemetery the Rev. Jeff Holden officiating.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Christine Pollard.

Jack is survived by his loving family which includes his daughter, Crystal Keeter and husband, Dave; granddaughter, Kristine Keeter; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends and relatives on Friday from 6:00-8:00pm at Carlisle Funeral Home.
