Mr. Russell Stephen Cramer, age 74 of Tarboro passed away at his home on Sunday, December 8, 2019.
He is preceded in death by his mother and father Russell Cliffon Cramer and Mildred Rider Cramer.
He is survived by his husband Cesar Ortiz of the home, children Christopher Jurgen Cramer of Harrisburg, Pa, Erika Ursula Cramer of Manassas, VA, Klaus Alexander Cramer of Middletown, Pa, marc Wilhelm Cramer of Cameron Park, Ca, Russell Stephen Cramer III of Carlisle, Pa and Wolfgang Gerhard Cramer of Kenwood, Ca.
A memorial service will be held at Carlisle Funeral Home on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the funeral home.
