Sandiego Llerenas- Barbosa

Sandiego Llerenas-Barbosa, 14, of Edgecombe County passed away on October 22, 2018 at his home with family by his side.

Services will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, October 25, at Carlisle Funeral Home with the Rev. Johnny Tyson officiating. The family will receive friends and relatives one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at St. Michael's Episcopal Churchyard.

Sandiego was born in Edgecombe County on September 28, 2004 to Katherine Morris and Eric Llerenas. He attended South Edgecombe Middle School in Pinetops. He loved watching cartoons and movies, going to visit his grandma, and playing with toys. Sandiego was the sweetest child and loved everyone he was around.

He was preceded in death by his granddaddy, LJ Morris, sister, Casey McKinsey, and an uncle, Brian Morris.

He is survived by his mother, Katherine Morris; father, Eric Llerenas, brother, Michael Keel, brother, Heriberto Llerenas-Barbosa; uncle, Mike Morris; cousins, Morgan and MIkaya Morris; grandma, Jean Morris.

The family will also receive friends at the home of Jean Morris, Hunter Hill Apartments on Daniel Street, Tarboro, NC.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial contributions be made to Carlisle Funeral Home to assist with Sandiego’s funeral expenses.
