Anita S. Wilson, 71, passed away Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at her home with her family by her side.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, March 27, 2021 at 2:00 pm, Carlisle Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Elkins officiating. Burial will follow in Hobgood Cemetery, Hobgood, N.C.

Anita was born in Edgecombe County to Dempsey and Madeline Stalling on March 1, 1950. She retired after many years from Physician East Medical Center, Greenville, N.C.

She is survived by her loving family including her husband of 51 years, Wayne Wilson; sons, Robbie Wilson (Becky), Brandon Wilson (Deborah); grandchildren, Sammi Wilson, Matt Wilson, Jake Wilson, and Wyatt Wilson; special care giver, Alicia Lyle and her fur baby, Little Willie; 2 brothers and a sister.

The family will receive friends at Carlisle Funeral Home on Saturday from 1:00 – 2:00 pm and other times at the home, 10397 NC 111 N., Hobgood, N.C.
