Ann P. Anderson,90, passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2026.

Graveside service will be at 11:00am on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at Macclesfield City Cemetery officiated by Rev. Derk Bossolono.

Ann was raised on a farm, where she learned the values of hard work, resilience, and devotion to family. She later married a farmer and together they built a life rooted in love and dedication, raising four children.

Ann had a gift for sewing and spent many hours making clothes, curtains, and carefully mending anything that needed repair. Her hands were rarely still, and her work was always done with care and pride. In later years, she found great joy in babysitting and had a special love for young children, whose laughter and presence brightened her days.

She was a devoted and nurturing mother, and her kitchen was the heart of her home. A wonderful cook, she brought her family together around countless meals filled with warmth and love. Her family will forever cherish the memories of her kindness, her talents, and the unwavering love she gave so freely.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest Golden Phillips and Daisy Owen Phillips; brother, Ernest Phillips; sisters, Arlene P. Baker and Shirley P. Jefferson; sisters-in-law, Lois Phillips and Violet Phillips; brothers-in-law, Graham Baker, Forbie Jefferson, and Tommy Wainwright; and 1st husband, Louis Wooten Sr.

Ann is survived by her daughters, Judy W. Tyner and Betty Jean Wooten; sons, Louis Wooten Jr. and his wife Susan, and Willie G. Wooten; sister, Barbara Wainwright; grandchildren, Gerald Tyner Jr. and Donnie Tyner and his wife Ashley; great grandchildren, Jordan Tyner, Brandon Tyner, Trevin Tyner, Keaton Ann Tyner, Jacob Wilson, Kailey Wilson, and Logan Wilson.
