Anthony Lee Proctor, 34, passed away Friday, August 3, 2018.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at 2:00pm at Carlisle Funeral Home with Pastor Sammy Wood officiating.

Anthony is survived by his loving family, including his wife of nine years, Kristy Nicole Proctor; sons, Austen Blake Swain and Isaac Lee Proctor; mother, Karen Wooten Evans and his step-father, Tony L. Evans; brother, Brandon Proctor; grandmother, Bertha Proctor; special friends, Tazewell Horton and Brooks Norris; niece, Laney Proctor; several uncles and aunts.

The family will receive friends and other relatives Tuesday, from 1:00–2:00pm at Carlisle Funeral Home and other times at the home of Karen and Tony Evans, 3700 Medlin Place, Tarboro.
