Fountain- April Bunn Horton passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her side on Thursday January 21, 2021, at the age of 36. She was the daughter of Danny Bunn Sr. and Diane Turner Bunn.

April graduated from Hunt High School in 2003. April then went on to receive her RN License at Nash Community College and then her BSN at Barton College.

April is survived by her loving family, including her husband of 13 years, Charles J. Horton; son C.J. Horton.

April is also survived by her sibling, Danny Bunn Jr. and his wife Kristel Bunn along with their two children, as well as her in laws Charles L. Horton and Phyllis Horton.

Visitation will be held at Carlisle Funeral Home from 2:00PM to 4:00PM on Sunday, January 24, 2021 and a graveside service will be held at 11:00AM on Monday, January 25, 2021 at the Hamilton family cemetery at the intersection of US Highway 258 South and Hamilton Rd, Fountain with Pastor Bruce Jones officiating.

If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of April Bunn Horton to a College fund for her son C.J. Horton.
