Barbara Webb Edwards, 85, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 12, 2024.

Barbara was a loving mother, sister, grandma and great grandma.  She was an amazing single mom and was very active with her grandchildren.  During her work years, she was a devoted EMT who loved her work because it meant she was able to help others.

Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, Henry Elijah Webb and Mary Jones Webb; brother, Bill Webb; sister, Linda Webb Jones; son, Glenn Harris; niece, Denise Webb Walston and lifelong friend, Lillian White.

She is survived by her loving family, which includes her daughter, Paula Kennedy Sauls (Ted Sauls, Jr.); grandchildren, Kennedy Sauls, Hailey Sauls, Dylan Harris (Janaiah Harris); great grandson, Isaac Edward Harris; sister-in-law, Jean Webb; nephew, Kevin Webb; and brother-in-law, Jesse Paul Jones.

The family will receive friends and relatives at Carlisle Funeral Home on Saturday, September 14, 2024, from 10:00 – 11:00 am.

A Graveside Service will immediately follow at 11:30 am at the Jones Family Cemetery at 2780 North Fountain Road, Macclesfield, NC, with Pastor Michael Parks officiating.
