Candice Irene Carter Williams, 62 passed away Saturday.
Graveside service will be held Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at 2:00pm, Greenwood Cemetery with Rev. Billy Crabtree officiating.
Candice was preceded in death by her father, Russell Carter.
She is survived by her mother, Doris Carter; and a brother, Russell "Rusty" Carter, Jr.
The family will receive friends following the service and other times at the home of Doris Carter, 1613 Longview Ave., Tarboro, N.C.
