Carolyn Armstrong Owens, 64, passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2020.

Carolyn was born in Edgecombe County on December 22, 1955 to the late Marvin Ray Armstrong and Reather Smith Armstrong.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, November 23, 2020 at Carlisle Funeral Home with Pastor Dwight Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Edgecombe Memorial Park.

She is survived by a loving family which includes her husband of 28 years, Lee Owens; sons Christian Owens, John Bellinger; daughters Peggy Owens, Patricia Huber, brother Troy Armstrong and wife; grandchildren, Aubrey Owens, Alyssa Abrams, Dakota Abrams, Marissa Larrick, Tyler Huber; nieces, Kendall Asbury, Jennifer Dickson, Rebecca Wilson; nephew, Chris Smith; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 1:00-2:00 PM at Carlisle Funeral Home.
