Christopher "Chris" Gary Poole, 40, passed away Saturday, October 14, 2017.

Chris was born on July 15,1977 in Rocky Mount, NC.

A Celebration of Chris's Life will be held Wednesday October 18, at 2:00pm, at Carlisle Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Macclesfield Cemetery.

Chris was preceded in death by his son Joshua Poole and paternal grandparents Mary Ruth Rogers Poole and Kenneth Carol Poole.

Chris is survived by his loving family, including his children, Kelly Marlow (Robert), Christopher Poole, Chase Poole, Ryan Jones, Mason Poole and Katie Poole; granddaughter, Kayleigh Marlow; mother, Jean Pittman Greene; father, Gary Poole and wife, Portia; sisters, Amanda Poole; maternal grandparents, Johnny and Daisy Pittman; special friend, Bobbi Jo; special fur baby, Peanut. He will be missed greatly by several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins who loved him dearly. Chris has a large extended family that he treasured.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 1:00 - 2:00pm at Carlisle Funeral Home.
