Daniel "Preacher" Dew 77, passed away Saturday, September 19, 2020 at his home with his family at his side.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, September 22, 2020, 2:00 pm at Edgecombe Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends at Carlisle Funeral Home, Tuesday from 1:00 – 2:00 pm.

Preacher was born in Edgecombe County to Willie and Mary Ponds Dew, June 16, 1943.

He is survived by his loving family including his wife of 51 years, Linda Harrell Dew; daughters, Teresa Jeffries and husband, Bernie, Vickie Cruse, Robin Davis and husband, Mike LaBar, Danielle Bilbao and husband, Vasco; Sister-in-law, Mary Dew; 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
