Danny Guy Sain, 72, passed away on Tuesday, February 27, 2024.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at Webbs Chapel Baptist Church, 2771 Webbs Chapel Rd, Macclesfield, NC 27852.

Danny was preceded in death by his daughter, Heather Elizabeth Sain; father, Guy Franklin Sain; mother, Elizabeth Richard Spain; sisters, Ruth Sain, Marie Abernathy, and Madeline Elemore; and brother, Carl Sain.

He is survived by his wife, Gloria Lewis Sain; grandchildren, Cody Weston Thorne, Josephine Marie Thorne, and Mattison Rayne Thorne; sisters, Phyllis Major, Betty Mauney, and Carolyn Ballard; pet, Boo Boo; sister-in-law, Geraldine Sain; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

In the vast expanse of life, Danny's presence was a beacon of warmth and friendship. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and countless memories that will be cherished forever. Danny's greatest pride and joy were his roles as a loving father and devoted husband. He cherished every moment spent with his family, sharing his wisdom, laughter, and endless love. As a grandfather, Danny delighted in watching his family grow and thrive, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and guidance that will be cherished for generations to come. He approached his work with passion and skill, building strong connections and earning the respect of many friends along the way. Danny lived and breathed the cowboy way of life. Whether he was in the practice pen or competing in the arena, his love for the cowboy lifestyle was evident to all who knew him. There are many that will miss the daily and weekly phone call which kept him in touch with everyone he cared for so dearly. Danny has left us for a great new journey. His spirit will forever be with us in our hearts. We are blessed to have had you in our lives.

Visitation will be 12:30 – 1:45 PM on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at Webbs Chapel Baptist Church.
