David W. Pigg, Sr., 68, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2020.

A Celebration of Life service will be held graveside at 2:00 PM on Sunday in Greenwood Cemetery.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bobby and Carolyn Pigg; sister, Jeanie Joyner; brother, Johnny D. Pigg.

He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Joan Hall Pigg; sons, David W. Pigg, Jr., Ryan Davis Pigg and wife Desiree; granddaughter, Emma Grey Gearner-Pigg; siblings, Teala Robinson (Bo), Deanie Coker (Maxie), Robin G. Pigg (Robin), Tammie Leggett (Chauncey), Bobby Dee Pigg, and Jay Pigg.

David was the President and General Manager of Henderson Lumber Company for over 48 years. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother to his siblings; and a friend to all. David will be missed dearly.
