DeAnna Ruth Ellis, 54, went to be with the Lord on January 9, 2024.

DeAnna was born on January 6, 1970 to JB and Peggy Ellis of Tarboro. She was a beloved daughter, sister, and aunt.

She is survived by her father, JB; sister, Johnica Ellis Kiser (Scott); her nephews who brought her such joy, Payden and McRae Kiser; her aunts, Glennie Bogue (Thomas) and Mary Anna Grady; many cousins, and her special care giver, Natasha Etheridge, who will all cherish her memory.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Peggy Grady Ellis.

A graveside service will be conducted on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at 2pm in the Grady Family Cemetery, 3608 NC HWY 111 Albertson, NC.

Family will receive friends at other times in the home.
