Debra Faye Cash-Alexander, aged 65 of Whitakers, North Carolina, passed away at home on March 21, 2026. Debra was born on July 5, 1960, in Wake County to James Garland Cash and Martha Jones Cash Miuccio.

Debra loved her family and dabbled in a variety of artistic pursuits. She leaves behind a legacy of love with her husband Wesley Alexander, son John Alexander, daughter-in-law Alison Alexander, brother James Garland Cash III (Deb), and her dogs Honey, Jake and April.

In addition to her parents, Debra is preceded in death by her twin children, sister Sandra Ellen Cash Brown, and brother-in-law Robert Alexander. She will be missed for her kind heart, willingness to help and her love of God and family.
