Debbie, age 65, passed away peacefully at her home, Sunday, November 12, 2023.

Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, Owen and Mildred Whitley; and her brother, Greg Whitley.

Debbie is survived by her husband of 30 years Wayne Corbett; son, Devin Riddle (Whitney) of Garner, NC; daughter, Kristy Casey (Charles) of Benson, NC; stepson, David Corbett of Pinetops, NC; brothers, Danny Whitley (Deborah) of Rocky Mount, and Chad Whitley of Pinetops, NC; sisters, Shelia Whitley of Pinetops, NC and Andra Speight of Four Oaks, NC; 8 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Debbie was an inspiration to everyone winning her battle with skin cancer in 1996 and being cancer free for 20 years.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, December 2, 2023 at the Corbett Family Cemetery at 621 Corbett Farm Road, Macclesfield, NC 27852.
