Debra "Debbie" Storms Morgan, 68, passed away on Friday, March 15, 2024.

Memorial service will be at 7:00 PM on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at Carlisle Funeral Home with Pastor Matthew Tondee.

Debbie is survived by her sons, Alex "Daniel" Bell Jr. (Suzi); and George "Michael" Bell (Tiffany); granddaughter, Hailey Bell; step-grandchildren, Beth and Brittany Bottoms, Jacob Metz (Ashley), Cassi Ahrens, Kyli Thompson, and Cody Thompson (Kierra); great-grandchildren, Savannah, Matthew, Avery, Bryleigh, Kassidy, Colt, and Henry; sisters, Gloria Jean Moseley (Gene) and Elizabeth Williams (Mickey); brother-in-laws, Ed Morgan (Lisa) and Sammy Summerlin; special niece, Hope Keel; "Adopted sons", Joey Howell and Michael Squires; several nieces, nephews, and long time friends.

The family would like to give a special thanks to her dedicated, loyal neighbors that always looked out for her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Morgan; parents, Guilford (G.C.) and Elizabeth Storms; brothers, Billy Ray and Ronald Earl Storms; sister, Patsy Summerlin; and daughter-in-law, Betty Bell.

Visitation will be at 5:00 - 7:00 PM on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at Carlisle Funeral Home.
