Dennis Ray Anderson, 64 of Rocky Mount, passed away at home on Saturday, January 29th, 2022.

Dennis worked at Nacco Materials Handling Group (Yale) of Greenville, NC for over 30 years. Dennis will be dearly missed and always remembered.

Dennis was proceeded in death by his mother and father, David Anderson and Betty Summerlin Anderson, stepmother Susan Anderson, and niece Angela Lee Whitfield.

He is survived by his loving wife, Debbie Anderson; daughters, Debra (Dee Dee) Harrell (Ryan), Jamie Anderson (Keith); grandchildren, Cameron Warren (Makayla), Matthew Warren (Marissa), JaLynn & Charlotte Anderson, Sydney Harrell, Ashlynne Harrell; brothers Albert Anderson (Joan) and David Anderson (Denise); sisters Teresa Bridgers (Johnny) and Jean Padgett (James); and great-niece Brittany Lee (Stephen).

A celebration of life will be held at Carlisle Funeral Home on Friday, February 4th from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM and graveside service will be at Edgecombe Memorial Park on Saturday, February 5th at Noon. The family will receive guests following the Saturday service at 1305 Lake Drive, Tarboro, NC.
