Dennis Warren Langley, Sr., 72, passed away on Friday, October 20, 2017. The funeral service will be held at 3:30pm on Sunday at Carlisle Funeral Home and the burial will follow in Edgecombe Memorial Park. The family will receive friends and relatives on Sunday at the funeral home from 2:30-3:30pm. He was preceded in death by his parents, J.M. and Mildred Langley; son, Dennis Warren Langley, Jr. Dennis is survived by a loving family which includes his wife of 46 years, Jennifer Hamm Langley; daughter, Emily Langley Taylor and husband, Michael, of Concord, NC; son, Jonathan Crisp Langley and wife Emily, of Irmo, SC; grandchildren, Heather Nicole Langley, Tabetha Denise Langley, Ava Marie Langley, Kinsley Grace Langley, Connor Ovid Langley; great-grandchild, Izabella Grace Gurganus; brother, Phillip Langley and wife Rose, of Raleigh; sister, Ann Allen, of Rocky Mount.
