Dianne Summerlin Greene, 75 of Greenville, NC passed away on March 27th, 2024. Born in Duplin County to Beulah & Haywood Summerlin on July 4th, 1948. She was the oldest of five children.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at Carlisle Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Edgecombe Memorial Park Mausoleum.

Dianne retired from Carolina Telephone(Sprint) after 30 years of service then spent her remaining years with Wallace Telecommunications.

She was preceded in death by both of her parents as well as her husband Roy Greene who both shared a love of antiquing and auctions.

Dianne is survived by her first husband Ronald Bailey (Carolyn) of Tarboro, NC, daughter Cynthia Smith of Rock Hill SC, Brother Billy Ray Summerlin(late wife Brenda) of Macclesfield NC, three sisters, Susan Adams (James) of Conetoe, NC, Lynn Richwalski (Dan) of Chocowinity NC, and Carolyn Edwards (late husband Ricky) of Kinston NC, grand children Elizabeth Smith (Kalib) of Nashville NC and Cody Smith (Rachael)of Rocky Mount; five nieces, six great nieces and five great nephews and special friends Gloria Tostoe of Tarboro NC of fifty plus years along with Carolyn Jones of Robersonville, NC.

Visitation will be at 1:00 - 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at Carlisle Funeral Home.
