Mr. Don Williams, Jr, of Rocky Mount passed away at his home surrounded by his family.

He is preceded in death by his wife  Rebecca Jean Williams, children Debra Williams Terry Williams  Elaine, grandchild Kevin Williams.siblings John Wesley, Blunt Williams, Lily May Williams, James Bundy, Madeline McGee, Chalmers Williams, Lois Weaver, Mary Williams, Shirley Morgan and Johnny Williams.

He is survived by his loving wife and caretaker of thirteen years, Jean Williams of the home, his children  Lou Anne Williams of Tarboro and Don Williams and wife (Elizabeth of Pawleys Island, SC, Bobby Wells  and wife Linda of Rocky Mount, Jamie Wells  and wife Robin of  Rocky Mount, Calvin Wells and wife Jennifer of Rocky Mount, Helen Baker and husband Donald of Nashville, Sharon Barwick and husband Junior of Semora, NC,  siblings Ron Williams of Rocky Mount and Martha Keel of Whitakers, grandchildren  Patricia Burnette of Tarboro, Terry Williams Jr and wife Melissa of Tarboro, Sarah Godwin and husband Nathan of Pinetops, Debra Ellis and husband Jasper of Fayetteville, Brandon Williams and wife Rachael of Marietta, Ga. and Sarah Williams and husband Chase of Atlanta, Ga. Great grandchildren Dominique Williams  of Tarboro, Taylor Williams of Tarboro, Abigail Williams of Tarboro, Kaylie Bales of Fayetteville and Justine Wells (Rocky Mount) and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Don's Life will be held Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at 11 am in the Chapel of Carlisle Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at Carlisle Funeral Home, Tuesday night from the hours of 7 PM until 9 PM. The entombment will follow the service at Edgecombe Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Local homeless shelter or food bank.
