Obituary
Donald Ray Long passed away from natural causes on March 12, 2026, at the age of 74. He was born on August 23, 1951, in Tarboro, NC to the late William L. Long and Bertha Ponds Long.
Donald is survived by his brother, William L. Long Jr., sister-in-laws; Sue Cooke Long and Gwen Joyner Dew, nieces; Tracy Dew Eidson, Melissa Dew Smith, nephews; Todd Anderson, Danny Andrews, William L. Long, III, and Christoper T. Long.
He was preceded in death by his parents, siter, Carol Dew Anderson, brothers Robert Earl Dew and Albert Lee (Paylo)Long, and brother-in-law William Thomas "WT" Anderson.
A graveside service will be announced at a later date.
