Donna Jean Scott, 53, passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2019.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 19, at Carlisle Funeral Home. Graveside service will follow at 4:00 p.m. in Siloam United Methodist Churchyard, Jamesville, NC.

Donna was devoted to her family. She enjoyed life, especially spending time with her grandchildren, family and friends. Her sweet smile and personality will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She leaves to cherish her memories, daughter, Tina Harrison and fiancé Derek Thacker; mother, Blanche R. Scott; sister, Linda Scott Sheffield and husband Robert; grandchildren, Haylie Zepernick and Kaylie Zepernick.

The family will receive friends and relatives on Thursday from 12:30-2:00 p.m. at the funeral home, and other times at the home of Blanche Scott, 204 Craven St., Tarboro, NC.
