"Steve" Edward Stephen Frazier, 81 born  February 8,1943, passed away peacefully at his home in Whitakers on July 13, 2024.

Steve was preceded in death by his parents Sally and Edward "Bo" Frazier of Tarboro, sister Velma Frazier Johnston of Tarboro, brother Harvey Frazier of Greenville, and son Eddie Webb of Whitakers.

He is survived by his wife of 36 years Eloise Frazier of Whitakers, daughter Cassey Webb of Tarboro, sons James Webb of Whitakers, Eric and husband Steven Rackley Webb of Lucama. His grandchildren in which he adored, Austin, Andrew, Nathan, and Kailey Webb of Tarboro, D'Andre, De'Kayla, and Ja'Kayla(his monkey)Davis of Tarboro.

Brother Dail Frazier of Washington, Sisters Teresa and husband Greg Rowe of Chocowinity, and Linda Cobb Barefoot of Dunn. Many nieces and nephews and his furbaby Peanut.

Steve served in the United States Army and was a Veteran of the Vietnam War, he was later Honorably Discharged. For 35 years he was a Truck driver and finally retired as a cattle farmer, which he enjoyed the most.

The family will receive friends and family at Carlisle Funeral Home on July 17, 2024 from the hours of 7 PM until 9 PM.
