With deep sadness and love, we announce the passing of Elizabeth "Ann" Webb Parker, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, friend and cousin, on September 26, 2024.

Ann was born on June 23, 1945, in Edgecombe County to Thurman Lee Webb, Sr. and Lucy Stallings Webb.

She married the love of her life, James H. Parker, Sr. in 1968.  They had two sons, Michael and James Parker, Jr.

Ann is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, James Sr.

She is survived by her sons, Michael and James Parker, Jr. (Melissa) of Tarboro; grandchildren, Brady Parker (Kali) and Heidi Loftis (Jacob); great grandchildren, Brantley and Harlyn Parker and Holden Loftis, all of West Virginia; sister, Rosemarie Webb; brother, Thurman Webb, Jr. (Kay) and William Webb, all of Tarboro; several nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at Edgecombe Memorial Park.  Visitation to follow at the graveside.
