Gertrude "Trudy" Lynn, 66, passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at Vidant Medical Center.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, September 12, 2019 at 11:00am in Hobgood Cemetery, Hobgood, NC with Pastor Charles Thompson officiating. Visitation with the family will be after the service at the cemetery on Thursday.
She was born in Halifax County to the late Henry Harrelson and Gertrude Braddy Harrelson.
Trudy retired from Edgecombe Community College after many years of service.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Donnie Lynn; brother, Tony and wife Donna Harrelson and their daughter Brittany.
The family will also receive friends and family at 1035 Norris Road, Hobgood on Wednesday night from 6 until 8 Pm.
