Ginger Webb Forehand, age 49, of Macclesfield, North Carolina passed away on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at her home after a long battle with cancer.

Funeral service will be held Friday, September 17, 2021, 10:00 am at Macclesfield First Christian Church with Pastor Melissa Acres officiating. Burial will follow in Macclesfield Cemetery.

Ginger was born in Tarboro, NC on October 9, 1971, to Eddie Ray and Vicki (Weaver) Webb. Ginger married Gary Lee Forehand, of Edenton, NC on August 24th, 1996, and raised 2 adoring sons. She is a graduate of Southwest Edgecombe High School and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from East Carolina University. Ginger has worked for Harrelson Utility Repair and Contracting, Inc of Zebulon, NC for 18 years in many different capacities, ending her career as a project manager. Ginger enjoyed traveling with her family and friends and just spending time enjoying the bonds of long friendships and family.

Ginger was the kind of person who was always taking care of her family and friends right until the very end. She had a heart of gold and will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.

Ginger is survived by her husband Gary; Sons Austin and Hunter; Dad, Wayne (Lynn) Edmondson ; Sisters, Tammy Webb, Lisa Thorne (Daniel Bell), Little Wayne (Dawn) Edmondson; Stepbrother Scott (Paige) Sherrod; Grandmother Francis Edmondson, 13 Nieces and Nephews; Mother-in-law Carolyn Wilson; Sister-in-law Teressa Conrad; and extensive extended family members. She was preceded in death by her loving mother, father, and multiple beloved grandparents.

Ginger and her family would like to express thanks to the Cancer Treatment Centers of America. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ginger's honor to any organization that supports the fight to find a cure. Our life was blessed with the most wonderful friends and family, we would like to thank you all for being on this journey with us.

The family will receive friends at Carlisle Funeral Home on Thursday from 6:00–8:00 pm and other times at the home, 984 Edgewood Church Rd., Macclesfield, N.C.
