Obituary
Gilbert Strode, 81, of Pinetops, NC passed away peacefully on Friday morning, March 1, 2024.
Visitation will be at 1:00 – 2:00 PM on Friday, March 8, 2024 at Carlisle Funeral Home.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Dale Strode of 60 years; daughter, Jenny Dell Strode of Pinetops, NC; son, Harold Kent and wife, Stephanie J. Strode of Tarboro, NC; his younger daughter, Patricia Ann Barbour of Kentucky; nephew, Jeffery George of Phoenix, AZ; nephew, Melvin Lancaster and wife, Leann of Tollesboro, KY; niece Kirkie Lancaster also of Kentucky plus many other nieces and nephews.
His memorial service will be Friday, March 8, 2024 at Carlisle Funeral Home at 2:00 PM.
