Obituary
Hazel Whitley, 76, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville with her family by her side.
She was born in Edgecombe County to the late Thomas and Fannie Allsbrook.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis "Ronnie" Whitley and infant grandson, Gabriel Whitley.
Hazel was a loving wife, devoted mother and grandmother. She is survived by her daughter, Melissa Cannon (Michael), grandsons, Matthew and Mason Cannon, son, Kevin Whitley (Jeanette) and granddaughter, Caitlyn.
A graveside service will be held Friday, September 29, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Edgecombe Memorial Park in Tarboro, NC.
