Helen P. Webb, age 87, passed away May 20, 2018 at The Oliver House in Zebulon NC.

She was born to parents George & Lucille Phillips and was 1 of 5 children, all now deceased.  Helen married Robert E. (Buddy) Webb in 1948 and they were together until his death in 1986.  She lived her entire life in Pinetops until failing health required her to move into an assisted living home a couple of years ago.

Helen and Buddy had three daughters.  Deborah Webb of New Bern, Jo Beth Rice (Dal Griffin) of Wake Forest, and Laine Cobb – deceased – (Kirk) of Farmville.  She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Saturday, June 9 at 11:00 at the Pinetops United Methodist Church, immediately followed by a memorial service.  A private burial for the family will be at the Phillips Family Cemetery.
