Henry E. Allen, Jr. 65 passed away Friday, June 28, 2019 at Duke Hospital with his family by his side. A memorial service will be held Sunday, June 30, 2019, 3:00pm at Carlisle Funeral Home with Pastor Ricky Freeman officiating .

Henry was preceded in death by his father, Henry E. Allen, Sr.

Henry is survived by his loving family, including his wife of 35 years, Jo Ann Allen; daughter, Bridgette Wood and her husband, Jeremiah; son, Thomas Allen; mother, Mary Ann Davenport; grandson, Rhett Henry Wood; siblings, Billy Allen, Bobby Allen, Connie Long, Rosemary Anderson, Jean Grimes, Janice Beach and Joy Collins.

Family will receive friends at Carlisle Funeral Home , Sunday from 2:00 – 3:00 pm and other times at the home of Joy Collins , 516 Forest Acres Dr., Tarboro from 4:00 – 6:00 pm , Saturday, June 29, 2019.
