Jacqueline Elaine Bass, 72, passed away on Wednesday, October 11, 2023.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, October 15, 2023 at Carlisle Funeral Home with the Reverend Sonny Simpson officiating. Burial will follow in Edgecombe Memorial Park.

She was born in Edgecombe County on May 19, 1951 to the late Cameron and Mary Edmondson Savage. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry David Bass.

Jacqueline is survived by her 3 sons, Marvin Adcox, Robert Bass, and Rodney Bass (Tara); grandchildren, Joshua Adcox, Jordan Bass, Alexis Bass, Kyle Bass, Brantley Bass, Amber Bass, and Anna Bass; brother-in-law, Jimmy Bass; and sister-in-law, May Howell; sisters, Lois Everette and Connie Lewis; great-grandchildren, Anthony, Addison, Charisma Jacqueline Pender, Cameron Rose Pender, and Mitchell Rodney Pender.

The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 PM on Sunday at Carlisle Funeral Home.
