James Albert Bullard, lll, 35, entered into eternal rest on Monday, February 26, 2018. He was born on May 30, 1982 to James Albert, Jr. and Teresa Taylor Bullard.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 2:00pm at Carlisle Funeral Home, Tarboro. The family will receive friends before the service from 12:30 – 2:00pm at Carlisle Funeral Home, Tarboro and other times at the home of Al and Teresa Bullard. Jimmy was a 2000 graduate of Rocky Mount Senior High School where he was All Conference in football and baseball and was voted Male Athlete of the year his senior year. He was also a 2006 graduate of East Carolina University. Jimmy was a shining star with a personality that lit up any room with his smile and heart. He was happiest when he was helping others and always willing to lend a helping hand to a friend in need. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James Albert Bullard, Sr. and Virginia Montague Bullard and also Bennie Bryan and Mary Louise Hales Taylor.

Jimmy is survived by his loving family, including his parents, Al and Teresa Bullard: his sister, Anna Catherine Bullard; his uncle, William Bennett Taylor; and aunt, Lynn Taylor Batten.
