James Hamilton Walker of Macclesfield, NC passed away on September 27th, 2019 at the age of 57, after a brief and unexpected battle with cancer. He was born on July 5th, 1962 in Durham, NC and was the son of the late Joseph William Walker Sr. and the late Tarma Pierce Walker.

James was married to his beloved wife Julie Smith Walker. They have four children: Mary Walker Langley (and Shelton), James Michael Walker, Christina Jordan Lucas (and Jordan), and Nicolaus James Jordan. They also have 5 beautiful grandchildren. James has two brothers: Joseph William "Joe" Walker (Patsy) of Southport, NC and Robert Arthur "Bob" Walker (Charlotte) of Charleston, SC.

In James' free time you would find him enjoying a round of golf, lounging at the lake, or loving on his grandchildren. James will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

A memorial service will be held at a later time.
