Jodie Robert Bridgers, 66, passed away on Saturday, October 2, 2021.

Jodie was born in Edgecombe County on April 27, 1955 to Barley Thomas Bridgers and Daisy Davis Bridgers.

He was preceded in death by his father, Barley Thomas Bridgers, Sr.; sister, Peggy Jean Bridgers; brothers, Randy Bridgers and Willie Bridgers.

Jodie is survived by his wife, Robyn Rutkowski Bridgers; his children; mother, Daisy Bridgers, of Fountain; sister, Becky Lynn Luper, of Fountain; brothers, Thomas Bridgers, of Fountain; Toby Bridgers and wife Debbie, of Elm City, Daniel Bridgers, of Tarboro; and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.

There will be no services at this time.
