Earl Jackson, 62, passed away Saturday, March 31, 2018 at his home.

Funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at Carlisle Funeral Home at 2:00pm with the Rev. Gordon Braxton officiating. Burial will follow in Jackson Family Cemetery, Pinetops, N.C.

Earl had a great passion for automobiles, trucks, and John Deere equipment. He owned and operated Jackson Auto Salvage. In his later years he enjoyed working with his daughter, Christy and friends at Family Tire Company in Pinetops.

Earl is survived by his loving family, including daughter, Christy Farmer and husband, Jerry; son, Joshua Jackson and girlfriend, Kelly Griffin; mother, Martha B. Jackson; grandchildren, Leyland Jackson, Katlyn, Cyla, Chandler Myrick, Chrisanna Burress and Jackson Webb; sister, Debra Pope-Lewis and husband, Bill  and her son, Jamey Pope and wife Lorli and their son, Rob Pope; brother, Tim Jackson and wife, Heather and their daughter, Skyeler Jackson; his dear friend, Henry Phillips; and a special nephew, Jamey Pope.

The family will receive friends at Carlisle Funeral Home on Monday April 2, 2018 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm and other times at the home of Christy Farmer, 301 W. Hamlet St., Pinetops, N.C.
