Julia Annette Holland, 89, passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2020.

A private graveside will be held for the family in Calvary Episcopal Churchyard.

She was born in Edgecombe County on September 18, 1931 to the late John Henry Hoard and Polly Lee Hoard. She was also preceded in death by her husband Bobby M. Holland; great-grandchildren, James and Gracie Parker.

She is survived by her daughter, Polly Holland; son, Bobby Clyde Holland and wife JoAnn; 6 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.

Julia was employed by Carolina Telephone for 37 years. After retirement, she volunteered her time at Vidant Hospital for over 25 years. She loved her church and church family and sang in the choir for many years. She will be dearly missed.
