Mr. Julian Earl Williams, of Tarboro, passed away at the age of 65 on Tuesday, April 9, 2024.

Born in Edgecombe county in 1958, he was known by many as "Earl". Earl spent his younger days as a painter. He loved his grandchildren, along with all sports, especially UNC, and spending time at the Tar River.

Earl was preceded in death by his parents; Odis E. Williams and Mamie S. Williams, brother's; Odis Williams Jr, Wilson Williams, Richard Williams, and sister's; Cathy Ipock and Amy Rowland.

He was survived by his daughter Bobbi Gayle Williams; three grandchildren, Kayla Baez, Allen Baez and Elijah Baez, all of Tarboro; sister's, Adele Troth of Pinetops, Penny Webb of Tarboro, Lynn Winstead of Nashville and brother Tracy Bullock of Tarboro, along with several nieces and nephews.
