Mrs. Julie Francis Burns, age 59 of Tarboro, passed away on April 16, 2018.

Julie is survived by her husband Robert Newton of the home, daughter Krystle Burns, grandchildren Elijah Burnette, Kamia Williams, Janiyah Williams and Jacob Williams,; parents, Arlie Burns and Sylvia Smith Burns; sisters Tammy Burns, Jackie Burns and Terry Burns, brothers Allen Burns, Andy Burns and Steven Burns, several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Julie's Life will be held at 2:00Pm on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at First Baptist Church in Tarboro with the Rev. Lamont Hemminger officiating. The family will receive friends and relatives one hour prior to the service at the church.
