Kathy Ann Perkins, passed away on Friday, March 13, 2020 at home. Her husband, Frank Perkins II of Leggett and two daughters, Lori Bostic of Spring Hope and Amy Register of Charlotte were by her side.

Kathy was born in Bloomington, IN. on November 1, 1949 to the late Thomas Earl and Charlotte A. (Hawkins) Weaver. She is also survived by a brother, Tom Weaver of Calloway, FL and three grandchildren, Haley Bostic Ashley of Spring Hope and Zac and Max Roberts of Charlotte.

Kathy had an infectious smile and possessed a true talent for crafting and artistry. She owned and operated a gift shop previously known as the Back Porch in Rocky Mount. She and daughter Lori later owned and operated Sunny Side Up Whimsical Gifts in Rocky Mount.

A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.
