Kristi Lyn (Sellers) Baker, 55, of Bastrop, TX passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 surrounded by family. She was born on July 27, 1968 in Wharton, TX to Stanley Sellers and Katherine Sellers.

A graduate of the University of Houston (B.S. Psych) and a licensed nursing home administrator, she touched so many hearts in her life. Her laughter filled the room. The coolest Aunt, a loving "Kiki", a strong sister, loving daughter, and a very best friend. A bright light in so many lives – a personification of "metta" (loving kindness). Never a complaint in a four-year struggle with lung cancer.

Kristi is survived by her loving husband of 25 years, Wendell (Wick) Baker, father and mother, Stanley and Katherine Sellers, brother Doug Sellers, sister Rebecca Sellers Crowell; children W. Hayes III, Heather Baker and Ryan Baker; nieces and nephews Abigail Sellers, Julianne Sellers, Anne Renee Sellers, Claire Nicole Crowell, Thomas Caprel Jr., Kelsey Caprel and Harrison Baker; grandchildren Tanner Baker, Olivia Baker, Lawson Baker, Kaitlyn Price, Madison Coppola, Wyatt Baker, William Baker; great-grandchildren Emily Price and Hannah Price.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents Clyde C. Sellers and Ethel Olson Sellers, John J. Nohavitza; Katherine Wendell Nohavitza; sister-in-law Tracye Sellers.
