Ms. Laura Mae Gay, of Pinetops, passed away on April 8, 2024 at Tarboro Edgecombe Health and Rehabilitation.

Laura  is preceded in death by her father and mother, Joseph Gay and Mary Francis Bailey Gay Edwards;  her sister, Louise Armstrong, and brother, Joseph "Bud" Gay.

Laura is survived by her sister, Ruby Webb of Pinetops, and nephew, J.W. Gay and wife Sandra of Dortches, as well as several other nieces and nephews.

A graveside celebration of Laura's life will be held Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 11 AM at Queen Ann Cemetery with Ralph Dawson Webb officiating.
