Lindsey Lee West, 55, died Saturday, November 14, 2020 in Roanoke, Ala. with his loving family by his side.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, November 20, 2020 at Carlisle Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Edgecombe Memorial Park.

Lindsey enjoyed working in the forestry service, enjoying the outdoors. He worked with his sister, Carolyn Hernandez and husband, Tony with Forestree Network Services in Alabama.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Garland and Frances Dawson West, brothers, Tracy and Charles West.

Lindsey is survived by his loving family including his wife, Robin West; son, Joshua West; sister, Carolyn Hernandez and husband, Tony; brother, Garland West, Jr.; granddaughter, Rylee West; nephews, Tony Hernandez, Jr., Britt West, Wayne Jackson and wife, Jessica, Joe Jackson and wife, Becky, Kevin West and wife Shannon; niece Katrina Daughtridge and husband, Billy; and several great nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Carlisle Funeral Home from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. Also following the funeral service on Friday, the family will greet friends at the home of Garland West, Jr. 704 Country Club Dr., Tarboro, N.C.
