Obituary
Lois B. Coggin, 76, passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2023.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at Hobgood Cemetery, Hobgood, NC, with Pastor Don Causey officiating.
She was born in Halifax County on August 15, 1946 to the late Bithel Braddy and Estelle Elizabeth Savage Braddy. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alex Coggin; grandson, Robert Guay; sisters, Joyce Robinson, Gertrude Harrelson; brothers, James Braddy and Johnny Braddy.
Lois is survived by a loving family which includes her daughters, Tonya Guay; Toi Coggin; son, Brad Coggin (Tammy); grandchildren, Jewelry Guay, Haley Guay, Chase Gardner, Alex Bryce Coggin; great-grandchildren, Enola Gibson, Elan Guay; sister, Mary Ann Cherry.
Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the home, 3739 NC Hwy 42 W, Pinetops, NC.
