Margaret Smith Bell, 65, of Tarboro passed peacefully April 17th at Vidant Edgecombe Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Randall G Bell Sr. Margaret was born in Scotland Neck, NC to the late William E and Annie F Smith. Also preceded in death by brother William C Smith.

Her passions in life were her children, grandchildren, family and faith. As a devout Christian she loved sharing her love for the lord with others. Many would also say she enjoyed her coffee and Fox News.

She is survived by her son Randall G Bell II, wife Jennifer J. Bell of Tarboro and daughter Amber B Cotten, husband Joseph W. Cotten IV of Scotland Neck, grandchildren Melanie Ellrod, Elijah Bell, Jeremiah Bell, Caroline Cotten and Joseph W. Cotten V.,Siblings Judy Adcock husband Walter Adcock and Susan Taylor and husband Victor Taylor and many nieces and nephews.

Due to the Corona 19 Virus precautions, the family will have a private graveside service at Edgecombe Memorial Park conducted by Rev Sammy Wood and Rev. Bill Pike
