Obituary
Mary Elizabeth Lewis, age 88, of Tarboro passed away at Vidant Edgecombe Hospital on Sunday, January 19, 2020.
Mary was born in Beaufort County on October 26,1931 to the late Hugh Miller Canady and Armeissa Jones Canady.
She is survived by her son Joseph Lewis, of Tarboro.
A graveside celebration of Mary's life will be held at Edgecombe Memorial Park on Thursday, January 23, 2020 at 11:00am.
The family will receive friends one hour before the service on Thursday at Carlisle Funeral Home.
