Mary Anne Manning, 80, after a long battle with a deteriorating heart problem passed away Sunday, February 11, 2018 at The Fountains of the Albemarle, Tarboro, NC. She was a native of Pitt County. Mary Anne was preceded in death by her parents, William Harvey Manning and Leontine Davenport Manning of Bethel, NC. She was a graduate of Meredith College in Raleigh, NC and was actively engaged in farming and retired from a ladies retail business. A graveside service will be conducted by Reverend Janie Wilson at 11:00am Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at Bethel Cemetery, Bethel, NC. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to your favorite charity.
