Patricia Sessums Coker, 81, passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at her home.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 26, 2022, at Tarboro Church of God with Pastor Sammy Wood officiating. Burial will follow at Edgecombe Memorial Park.

Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, William Edward Coker; parents, Alton and Maggie Sessums; and brothers, Frank Allen Sessums and Ernie Sessums.

She is survived by her daughter, Diane Owens and husband Dannie; son, Dennis Coker (Christine); grandchildren, Neil Coker, William Wade Coker, and Jason Owens; step-grandchildren, Rhiannon Petriken, Mia Malpass, and Christopher Malpass; great-grandchild, Courtney Owens; brother, Freeman Sessums (Beverly); sister, Jackie Gay (Spencer), Lou Ellen Myers (Sam), Alva Manning; sisters-in-law, Donna Sessums, Helen Sessums, and Sarah L. Walston; ex-daughter-in-law, Ann Clay; boyfriend, Bobby Ray Peaden; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be at 12:00 – 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 26, 2022, at Tarboro Church of God.
